After the government called for larger organisations to deliver more ambitious programmes, five general needs landlords got together to form an alliance. We soon added specialist housing providers Ability (physical disabled), Advance (mental health), Brunelcare (elderly), John Grooms (elderly), and more generalist landlords Twynham, Saxon Weald, and Housing Solutions. The strengths and skills available from teaming up in this way means developers, councils and government departments have a one-stop shop of expertise to call on, no matter what size the project.
