New Ability Homes Completed in Thatcham

Ability has completed the building of three new homes in Thatcham, West Berkshire.
The building project is a partnership between Ability and Sovereign Housing Group, who provided land, and has been built by Clarkfields Enterprises Ltd of Portsmouth.
The development consists of three flats on two floors; a two-bedroom flat built to Ability's wheelchair housing design standards on the ground floor and two one-bedroom flats on the first floor.
Ability Chief Executive, David Williams, said, “this project represents the first fruits of our partnership with Sovereign Housing Group in West Berkshire and we are delighted to have been able to add to the range of housing options available to local people.”
